Part Time Receptionist (Fixed Term)

Are you a real people person, passionate about putting the customer first? We are looking for a part time Receptionist (30 hours per week) for a fixed term contract (12 months).

As a Receptionist with us, you’ll take the time to talk to people, build a genuine rapport and ensure a smooth and efficient introduction to the Sales or Service teams.

You’ll be effortless and genuine when talking to our customers, putting their needs at the heart of absolutely everything you do. You’ll focus on delivering industry leading standards of customer care and satisfaction at all times.

What does the role of Receptionist involve?

  • Handling telephone inquiries with professionalism establishing their needs to ensure they are directed to the correct department/team member first time
  • Welcoming customers to the Centre making sure that they are assisted in a caring and pleasant manor
  • Maintaining customer facing areas, updating and maintaining the Porsche Centre diary and other general administrative duties

What do you need to succeed as a Receptionist?

  • Administrative and customer service experience
  • Fantastic organisation skills
  • Good telephone manner
